Hello everyone , I’d like to ask you if you can tell me if this watch is fake or not , and which model is it or supposed to be . It’s a watch i had for years since I was a kid , a family friend handed to me back then and I remember always knowing that I’d use this watch when I grow up and that it’s a really expensive one . This man is from overseas and a really successful businessman and actually wealthy so Ofcourse I never even thought of that watch is fake or not until recently . I started trying to identify which exact model this is but I literally can’t find a sane watch as this Bentley version anywhere so I started to think it’s a replica … which probably is . I’d hope it’s not but I don’t have hopes anymore , I’d wait for your opinions though. Thank you

I’d pass on that. Looks totally fake. The engravings on the back, the strap and buckle, the font all look atrocious. Just my opinion tho! ask if he has box and papers. Also ask the exact refrence number of that watch and compare online. That will give you a good idea

Surprisingly little chronograph in the advertised 30-seconds chronograph.

OP - this is not a replica, it is a counterfeit and selling counterfeits is a felony.

When were you given this watch?

Don't wear it, as the "stainle ss steel back chro" isn't stainless steel and you have no clue how much lead is in there.

So with a 30 seconds chronograph does that mean you just use the seconds hand and count to 30? There doesn't appear to be a pusher to stop/start so you know...curious how that works because as it stands if the seconds hand makes one revolution that is only 30 seconds and again, how is it stopped and started?

Apart from the fact that this is probably the 1147th Breitling for Bentley fake – and a very bad one at that – I would be interested to know where the uncles, acquaintances, grandfathers, friends or business partners always find such a sh¡t.

You can set up different rules for the "Real or Fake" requests:
  • New member with a maximum of 2 posts: Fake
  • Watch found in sock drawer, basement or attic of the deceased grandfather: Fake
  • blurry photos: Fake
  • Breitling for Bentley: Fake
I am in no way saying I am an expert on the subject of fakes, but as soon as I saw the strap...I knew it did not look good. Breitling would never ever use that kind of strap...
The case back says "steel back". What's the case then? Plastic? No way its legit. 100% fake.
Wow, that's bad at every point you should check.
Thanks for the quick replies ,at least now im 100% sure about it being fake , and yeh it actually makes sense , i couldnt find nowhere this same watch on the internet to compare. Also this family friend that gave it to me lives far away in australia haven't seen him for years but i wouldn't ask anyways , a gift is a gift , fake or not . I have no clue about watcehs and i dont even like wearing them especially a heavy watch like this , and yes its heavy and it still works after all this years but it will remain useless hidden in a corner until the next one finds it i guess.

Can you open the case back? I'm curious to see what they threw in there.

I found this Rolex under the carpet when I was replacing the floor. I am also confident that is real. Can you confirm? For some reason none of the spinny things work on it.

Nice DAY TONA (Day Trona?), It looks like the designer didn't have money for a vowel so he replaced all the 'O's with 'Q's.

I'm wondering how valuable it is because RQLEX marked is as having Tritium but I don't see any evidence of it what so ever.
