It was a £10, obviously would not of paid higher without papers.
I think the price alone answers your question. LOL. What I'm wondering is what would you have paid if this watch came with papers???

Did your “Friend” tell you it was real and charge you real money for it?

If no, then all is good, if yes then it’s new friend time.

You seriously expected to get a real watch of any description, with or without papers, for 10 pounds?

From a "friend" even?

So if it turned out to be real, would you have given your "friend" something closer to real market value?

Seems like you were both trying to take advantage of each other.
