Credit goes to our much respected Mav who, if not coining the term (that may have originated with a humungous sandwich style?) captured the essence of the now discontinued maxi case Subs. With the advent of the new shaved lugs sub - some may be glad to see the fat boy's demise, perceiving it as an ungraceful unfinished metal blank. Others will mourn its passing - I believe we need an official thread to celebrate the Fat Boy Sub.
