I don't care much what movements look like; thus my favorites are the ones that work without a lot of involvement on my part. Believe it or not, ETA movements are really, really good in that regard. So are Rolex's, which is why I think so many people buy them. Both Rolex and ETA's movements are like horology's "Energizer Bunnies." Those would probably be my two favorites, that is if I'm going to have a favorite.
