Hi guys.
Following on from another thread where the OP was looking at a franken watch.
I have this one for a few years. It appears to be completely genuine to me but now I’m worried as it hasn’t got any Bridge engraving. It’s a landeron 149 and the thing that kind of sets my mind at ease is hardly any landeron 149 I can find on the internet don’t have engraving too. The caseback has JD blain 1968 engraving.
Thoughts please

It looks legitimate to me. As you mentioned, Landeron movements are often unbranded. As you are probably aware, the "J.D. Blain 1968" on the case-back is just a personal engraving.

You should get that sweep second hand repaired. ;-)
