Dear Friends,

I don't know if this is the appropriate place to post this. (Mods?)

I could not post this on the Favre Leuba forum since it is closed. I had posted a Antique Rolex a few days back seeking advise. I have stumbled upon another prestigious brand of yesteryear from my grand dad's collection.

As usual I know nothing about vintage watches and seeking advise. These two time pieces I would also like to sell at a later date depending on the price indication. In case you need some more photos do ask.

Thanks for looking.

Well, this is the right place to discuss vintage watches.

However, we do not give valuations in here.

Unless they are solid gold, and they look like they're not as they've got stainless steel backs (if I'm not mistaken), then ladies' cocktail watches fetch very little money. Most younger women don't wear this type of watch; those women who do wear them have a lot of choice. And few women collect vintage watches.

You can look on ebay 'completed listings' to get an idea of the prices similar watches fetch.
