Nicely done! If you got everything back together and working on your first mod, you did just fine.

You can put a little coffee on each of the indicies, and let it dry under a lamp. Then they will match the hands. You don't even have to pull the hands off to do it. Quick, easy, and back in the case.

I'm excited to see the rest of your planned mods. Everyone knows I'm partial to snowflakes, but the brassy Vostok or Luch sounds like a lot of fun too.
