Hi All, I got to work this am, and I could not believe what was sitting on my desk.
I have been sick for the last 2 days with the procelain bowl dance, anyway the LM-1 is awesome. A beast of a watch, the dial is gorgeous, and the hands stand out bar none. The lume is great. this is a big watch, the square look of the lugs with the large dial stand out, very sweet.
IMHO this watch cries out for a custom strap like the U1 where the strap is molded to the case- now that would be sweet.
Mitch way to go! I never knew just how much was needed to make a watch.
The only 2 critique's I would have at this point is the drilled holes are to close to the end of the lugs need to be back closer to the case, but I will get a custom thick leather stap and fill in that area ASAP. I am going to try and mod a 5mm thick rubber strap I have later today at work with the proper equipment if I get time.
I would make the crown a wee bit bigger as it needs to be for this massive watch, but I amnot complaining as I am presently enjoying wearing this on my wrist , pics to follow.

Always my friend, ALWAYS! I keep looking down at my wrist and think the watch is great, :-! I really like the colour you get with the markers and the hands against the dial, that is not captured in the pics at all.
It is very comfortable.
Cannon and Brad hit the nail on the head - A winner Mitch!
I really like the square lugs design since all watches tend to turn in and get smaller at the lugs this really stands out, but it is not to large on the wrist, it just sits there nicely.

Robert, I'm glad you're feeling better, and thanks for the comments. I am keeping a list of comments for possible incorporation into the regular production LM-1 coming next summer.

Even with a few 'rough' edges, I think I will always wear the limited edition, though.
