This morning my father gave me a Mido Ocean Star datoday that he has had for about 35 years and probably dates back to the 1960s. It fits me perfectly but the clasp is missing the small pin required for it to stay closed on the wrist. I'm not any kind of watch expert but I can see that the wrist strap is incorporated into the watch casing so it's not a simple case of fitting another leather or metal strap. It either has to be repaired or I need a replacement of the same kind. Does anybody have any idea of the best way to sort this out? I can't wait to wear it properly :)
