Seiko quartz watch.
These were gifts from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
I have had it for several years. It appears to be unworn.
I think all it needs is a battery. I didn’t want to open it up.
The case, dial and strap are in like new condition.
Sold as is with box, sleeve and instructions.
It is a real conversation piece and very nicely done.
