I saw three watches out of the selection that I liked. The Montblanc, Cartier, and PP were the nicest of the 20. Still way out of my price range.

I remember the Linde Werdelin SpidoLite from BaselWorld last year.:-!
I think it looks pretty cool in person, but I wonder about how easy it is to read at Everest conditions, as it is all titanium gray. The people from Linde Werdelin were great to talk to, and they make some interesting stuff.

The title of the slide show is a little of a misnomer as at least two of the watches shown are not more than a house - but thanks for sharing.

Oh...
IIRC this is one that generated some discussion about a year or so ago. The consensus view was that it was a pretty morbid piece to own.

Yeah, not only that but it's fairly ugly too (IMO).

I see the Pita Oceana is on that list; does anybody have one of these yet? Pita was taking orders mid last year.
