This is a nice one. IWC UTC 3251 dual time with independently adjustable hour hand. 39mm case. These were made between 1999 and 2004, 1999 being the only year where hands, triangle, and dots where tritium. After that IWC went to all lume dial and hands. So as the pictures show, a lovely patina has emerged on them, only to deepen with age.

I favor this classic pilot's watch design over the Rolex Explorer II and GMT Master II, each with an independently adjustable hour hand as well, but in my view cluttered with GMT hands, cyclops, and bezels with numbers. They both also have polished black dials instead of the gorgeous and non reflective matte dial of this IWC. A pilot's watch is all about legibility after all. Dual time is neatly available in the window which shows second time zone in military time.

I bought this watch almost a year ago from a reputable UK seller, Swiss Watch Trader. They pride themselves in not using third party watch repair services. This particular watch was serviced in 2015 by IWC. My understanding is though the movement is not chronometer certified, it is a chronometer grade movement and has always kept superb time for me, well within chronometer specs. YMMV. Service card and booklet are included.

The solid end link bracelet is full length and should fit up to a 7.5" wrist. IWC uses a unique, push button release system to adjust the bracelet, and two small tools supplied by IWC are included to facilitate pushing the buttons. These beads of rice bracelets are well known for their beauty and design, not to mention how comfortable they are. I really fell in love with it when I realized each little bead looks just like a tiny pyramid stud one might find on a motorcycle saddlebag, or other leather goods.

The small IWC clasp is somewhat scratched; polish it if you must. The buffalo hide strap is made by Rios, and looks nearly identical to the original. I purchased a genuine IWC buckle to complete it.

The watch and bracelet exhibit normal wear. Under a loupe, or in the full resolution pictures below, you will see a tiny blemish here or there. But on the wrist, it is a fully brushed beautiful tool watch that you will wear and display with pride. This is a true classic, and I am sorry to let it go.

Everything you see in the pics is included. Watch, full length bracelet with solid end links, buffalo leather strap with IWC buckle, IWC warranty/service booklet and card dated 2015 with serial number, pin tools, and IWC branded polishing cloth.

$3750.00 all in; includes PayPal fees, two day Priority Mail shipping, and full insurance. Confirmed US PayPal addresses only please. No trades, no returns. galavanter at mac dot com. Please check my feedback. Thanks, Jim
