Up for sale today is my Marathon SAR issued in October 2001. The watch has a no-cyclops sapphire crystal. And cosmetically is in very good condition.
The watch movement was serviced by Jack Alexyon in March 2013, so mechanically the watch is in super shape.
The bezel was frozen when I received the watch, but Jack fixed it. It is stiff, and will not move 'by mistake" which I prefer.
Marathon stopped making and issuing this iconic tool diver several years ago. Highly sought after for wear and collection, SARs are demanding very high prices. This is a fair value.
Comes on 2 piece olive strap as pictured, and with leather bund as pictured.
No box or OEM rubber.
