For sale from my personal collection is this amazing 1970’s Iaxa badged Rotary Aquaplunge Skin Diver featuring a A. Schild AS 1903 automatic wheel movement.
Belgian brand Iaxa did not make their own diver watches but had them made by renowned Swiss brand Rotary, this watch is the same as the Rotary Aquaplunge only it has Iaxa branding on the dial.

The watch is in excellent condition, the acrylic domed crystal looks cool, the stainless steel case is in good shape, the brushing on the top of the case is still visible and the watch overall is in a great condition for a watch over 40 years old. The dial is bright blue with a great sunburst effect.

Diameter without crowns is 36mm, with crown 40mm, 41mm length, 12mm thickness including the highly domed crystal which sticks 2mm out above the bezel, it wears bigger than the numbers suggest. Lug size is 18mm and the watch comes on vintage tropic style rubber strap.

Inside ticks a lovely gilded A. Schild AS1903 automatic movement, unknown service history, keeps good time, winding and setting the time are very smooth, the watch runs excellently, see timegrapher results.

I am not the world’s most talenmted photographer as I always manage to make every knick and scratch look horrendous on photos. Please beware that this watch looks even better in real life J.

My price is €249

If you have any questions or remarks please send me a DM.
