The second hand ticks exactly on all indices and the date lines up dead center of the window. It keeps amazing time. The case is in 95% condition and is a January 2006 contract. It comes on an unused military strap with all the boxes and paperwork. So, why $200.00. Well.......the bezel is frozen solid in the 12:00 position. Exactly. To some, that may not be an issue. To me, it is. I happen to use a bezel a lot and with this one not moving, the watch just does not get worn. So, if you are not a big bezel user, this is a chance to have a great TSAR with a quirk.
