| Today I'm selling A beautiful vintage Omega automatic constellation in excellent used condition. This example of the ref 14393 61 features the robust 561 chronometer grade movement. It has the unique "dog leg" or "grasshopper" lugs. The original pie pan dial is in excellent condition, it really pops in the light. There are plenty of other constellations of this type on ebay selling for far higher, yet with a dial in much worse condition than this. I have paired it with a soft black pigskin strap. Yellow gold applied indices with onyx inlays mark the hours with applied Omega logo at 12, applied gold star and rimmed date window. Original dauphine hands with black inlays reach out from the center. This watch features the original crown and replacement crystal. Some of the stars on the geneva observatory seem to have rubbed off due to age. Case is in good condition, light signs of use. Service history is unknown, but the Watch runs well and keeps excellent time! Seeking $1,350! |
