Well, if what you have is the G-9200, then there's nothing any of us can do since that model is not capable of atomic reception at all. The GW-9200 is the atomic model.

If what you have is the GW-9200, you should set Athens (ATH) as your default time zone in timekeeping mode. Auto Receive should also be enabled. If that fails, try setting your World Time mode to either London (LON) or Berlin (BER).

Has your Riseman successfully received a signal before, or never at all?

Apart from the right settings on the watch, you also need ideal atmospheric conditions and a good location i.e. away from buildings, power lines, mountains or hills that could block the signal.

Time of day is also a factor in signal reception. The best times to sync your watch are between midnight and 6am.
