Coul d someone explain to me how to read the prices in the G-shock official book ?

The last line of each model has a number followed by Japanese character followed by a dash and another number followed by another character. ( eg 2x/6000x ) x=Japanese character.

I thought the last number was the price in yen but this doesn't appear to be correct unless 6000 yen (50 USD) is what a GW-200TC sells for in Japan! I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. :thanks

ps I think I've got it. 2x/6000 is 26000 yen which is 218 USD. Does that sound right ?
