Hello,

I am looking for a little advice...

Do I go on ebay and buy the 9300 for or buy the 9200 on Amazon at what seems to be well below msrp (red flag?) I have tried every Macy's within 100 miles of my house, and every other retailer listed on gshock.com but to no avail.

I basically want a big fat G-SHOCK...what other options are there for that crude description? I only want a black watch as well, though I like the white, it's not office friendly. I really don't need or intend to use most of the features though the moon phase would be nice to have.

I lost my Movado Museum and am sick of looking at my wrist to see nothing there...it's been months and I still do it.

I appreciate you help!

If you want the bigger watch, it would definitely be the G-9300 Mudman, but the G-9200 Riseman is a bit more comfortable for office use though.

The 9300 is overkill, unless you want to make sure where the North is all day long.

Thanks everyone, I went with the 9200 Riseman as my first G-Shock. It was $144 new on Amazon and with prime it is being overnighted for only $4 more...I hate paying over retail, and while I know the 9300 is hard to get, $144 was hard to beat.
Great choice on the Riseman!

Good news |>

You won't regret it, it's a very useful watch, current time in WT, CDT, STP modes, dedicated light button, leaving you two available buttons on the right size, extremely practical while setting CDT, STP, ALM... and scrolling up / down in WT (it took me several months to realize how nice it is).

As it's impossible to tell which one is better, I think the wrist size is also a deciding factor, from maybe hundred photos of them I've seen here and there, I think the Mudman (which is more rounded) would look better on big wrists while the Riseman looks great on smaller wrists.

Yup, this is the man reason I have more Risemans than Mudmans. Plus the Riseman has a unique design to it, not so run of the mill, so to speak.
