GA100 lume mod?

Has anyone tried to do a lume mod on a G-shock or other yet?

I'm considering trying it on a GA100 I want to buy and do a bezel swap on, but either want to talk to someone who's done it or have it done for my by someone who's more familiar with it than I am?

I've seen the pics and tutorials online, but they seem to be a few years old and I'm not sure of the original poster is even available for questions given the age of their posts?
