I propose taking a step back from previous discussion a bit and we can freshly discuss and vote on a number of areas including movement features, dial color, indices, hands, caseback, strap, and anything else.

Are any of the parameters set yet, like case, movement, etc, or is everything still up for discussion?

Sorry if this has been discussed, I've read up on the 2 threads mentioned on the FAQ page, but didn't get a sense of what stage the project was at.

I've just registered - I'd like to take this opportunity to remind us all of the design that totally blew me away and locked me into this project. My hope is that this will be basically it, with a few improving tweaks, but keeping the core of this design...

I really liked the blue dial / silver case combination. I think a bit darker dial will really make it pop.

A white bezel may also look really nice, giving the face some contrast. I'll post that version soon.

Thanks Arizone for taking care of this. I participated in your Laika project, and have to say it was managed properly, quickly, with consideration for all participants, in short great job from you. This one probably won't be as easy but I'm sure you're the right guy to manage it.

I like the bronze looking design but would love a green dial with it. For some reason I'm obsessed with green dials, but prefer curing this obession with watches rather than psychotherapy.

As the K34 is thick could it have a solid back instead of glass to make a little thinner please

Hi Guys, although I would have loved the Dolphin, I decided to finally sign up for the Elbrus project watch!
Thanks Arizone for starting this up! very much appreciated!
I have to say that I personally really do not like a bronze PVD case design. If that will be the final outcome of polls I will probably resign from the participant list. I really like the color combination of the rvs case and sky blue dial though. Artikka's idea to go for a non-see through caseback to make the watch a little thinner seems a good idea too in my opinion. Less bulk wears more comfortable. What about a stainless caseback with a mount Elbrus graphic or something like that?
And last but not least, should we not go for a sapphire crystal? Normally for a single watch, adding a sapphire will cost around 40 to 50 euro's including putting it into place. I wonder what the extra costs will be for 200+ watches actually. I am happy to pay a slight bit more for a watch with a sapphire mounted. it makes it way more resistant over time.
