Hi everyone,
My grandmother left me this plated gold watch, belonged to my grandfather.
It should be from the '50s, but honestly I have no other clues.
Can you tell me what model is this watch and if it has some value (beside the sentimental value)
Thank you for your help!

ps: I've changed the leather.

One fairly similar below with similar features as a possible start point. My understanding is GP's can be all over the place in years in models and determining value because the company didn't keep records like Patek or Rolex. You'll notice in the link how they read the case back, opened it to determine the caliber...that all really helps to better identify things.....and maybe value.

I have a single GP Gyromatic from the mid-late 50s....in my personal frame of reference from just the face would guess possibly a bit older. I see lots of vintage GPs in the hundreds of dollars range for sale regularly.
