When you say you're looking for a 'good AD', is that forum code for 'who's going to give the deepest discount?'
AD's in NYC are all going to fawn over you for your business...obviously, there are the two giant chain stores on Fifth Avenue, but NYC has never been known for discounting, and in fact, deep discounts amongst the Rolex AD's is becomming more and more rare as the corporate office has started limiting who in fact can carry the line at all.
If you're at an AD in NYC and you're willing to pay full retail, then expect, in fact demand, a very good consumer experience. To get a price break, you're going to have to go farther afield or at the very least, cross the state line to try and mitigate the sales tax, or buy pre owned or find a gray dealer...but that's not going to be an AD experience.
