I'm not a huge fan of green dials or the Santos for that matter, but this combo really works well. I like the dark hue of green they chose.
Thanks @NightScar. Yeah, didn’t see this thread. And my god, that pasha looks gorgeous!i made a thread on it at the cartier sub forum but its not surprising as the other new offerings from cartier got most of the shine and the new green and blue medium santos offerings got pushed to the side

I like green dials, but they're not easy to get right. I don't know this model. From these images I don't find it to be a particularly strong green dial, in the sense that it fails to immediately stand out to me. Perhaps it's the highly classic dial layout against the green that feels a little jarring. I'm not sure if one could say that green isn't a classical colour, but I guess one can say it's not one of the traditionally most popular colours for dials...I did a cursory search, but didn’t come across anything related to this. If this has been covered elsewhere, mods, please merge the threads.
I have been mulling buying a Cartier Santos for a while now. I had put it on hold for a bit, and only just restarted my bid to buy one. I am super confused between the white dial (all time classic, but have a bunch of white dial watches), and the blue (gorgeous looking dial). I was searching online for references, when I came across an upcoming green dial Santos. I am surprised I didn’t read about it earlier, nor did I see a lot of discussion here. I myself am not convinced of a green dial in a Santos - something just doesn’t look right to me. What does the WISdom think about it?

We’re starting to see many variations of this watch, but the stainless or two tone and the white face are clearly the classic version.I did a cursory search, but didn’t come across anything related to this. If this has been covered elsewhere, mods, please merge the threads.
