The steel model vs the titanium version. Which is more scratch resistant? The Zaratsu finishing technique would appear to be susceptible to light damage in either alloy. Is one worse than the other? Thanks!
Thanks for your response, but I am looking for more specific information from actual owners of each. This new thread in Public prompted my question. Will the varied surfaces of the Zaratsu finishing perform any differently in each alloy?
