Yeah, it was a big drama but quite entertaining if you ask me. He tried to scam the buyer out of $20,000 USD for a fake Daytona.
Not in the immediate to short term. He shut down his watch strap site (which I assume is probably lucrative) and he's lost his IG channel and turned comments off of his youtube channel. I don't think he'll ever be trusted again in the Watch community.Do we think this scandal was actually excellent marketing?
