hye guys, first of all this is not a flame thread. Just seeking some help from fellow watchuseek forumer. Im currently own a Gulfman G-9100 and looking to add another collection. My current target is GravityMaster GA-1000-8A. The problem is, im buying the G-Shock online and scared when they arrive its gonna too big on my hand. So a picture of Gulfman G-9100 and GA-1000 side by side is greatly appreciate for comparison. Nope, already done googling it. cant find any side by side picture. :( Sory, englis is not my mother tongue. Any help is greatly appreciate!

If it isn't clear in the pictures, the GA1000 is a significantly bigger watch. The case itself looks much bigger in picture #1, but I also took picture #2 so you could see the lug spacing is way further apart. With that said, the GA1000 with the composite band is a very comfortable watch. And analog watches look much better with large faces. My two favorite analogs by looks are the GW4000 and the GA1000 due to their large faces and large digits. The GW2x00 and GW3x00 faces are a fair bit smaller. The GWA1000 and GWN1000 don't use digits and feel a lot thicker.

I am primarily a solar atomic collector, so the GA1000 wouldn't normally make my collection. But I was intrigued by the UV-LED lighting, and found a great deal here on the forums. And iit turns out it is worth it, the light show from the UV-LED is fantastic.

This would be my choice. :) I have a 7 inch wrist and not a problem with the rangeman, they dont wear all that big.

A Rangeman? The Rangeman is a fantastic watch, but are you sure your criteria is size? The Rangeman is comfortable, but there is no way around it - it is big. Big lug-to-lug, and really thick.

Sure. FWIW: you don't really need pictures to get the initial guess at size. If you look at the Casio pages you'll see a case size. It isn't the whole story, but it is a good start: GA-1000-1A - Watches - CASIO GW-9400-1 - Watches - CASIO Scroll to the bottom and look at the case size dimensions.
ah! thanks! but im not good with number, thats why im asking for picture comparison :p tq you very much for your help and feedback. really appreciate it :D

How about a 9000? It is on the smaller size.
I have a problem with the strap. It's way different from the square and DW-8200 straps.
The holder slips away and does not lock-in the same way with Mudman. Been thinking if Mudman could use GW-5000 strap for example.

I actually like the strap alot more than some of the others that come on my watches.

Oh well, different tastes.
