Hahaha... in all seriousness, I did just buy this other watch this morning. I was looking at THIS watch first (I did not buy that), and it somehow led me to this watch (picture below) and I couldn't stop myself from clicking the "Buy Now."

It was just too gorgeous, and for $95... there wasn't enough resistance in my body to stop my finger from pressing down a couple of times on the mouse. It's a good quality ho-hum Quartz chronograph that looks good.

Yeah, the Wenger is nice... good quality inexpensive Quartz watch. I don't really have many Quartz watches. I have another Wenger Chrono and a Citizen Skymaster, but I prefer mechanical watches. The Invicta was just too horrible not to share.

Question I have is... is Invicta really this bad? I've seen some tacky Invictas, but this can't be legitimate from Invicta? This has got to be some fake Chinese stuff... have they really fallen this hard?

 

Is that the Joker? I've seen the Iron Man and Spiderman edition of Invicta when I was looking for a watch for my son. My son ended up with a Pro-diver.

OMG! So awesome... I seriously cannot wait. I don't check WatchUSeek as often as I would like. Any chance you'd mind PM'ing me, or maybe respond to this thread so I get a notification? And here we have yet another Submariner homage watch. Pretty close on this one, I may have to consider it. Wonder if it is an ETA or in-house movement...

 

This could easily be confused with a Jacob & Co. piece.

 

Yeah. Glycine, Technomarine and S. Coifman all thought Invicta was pretty funny. Then Invicta kicked their butts all the way down to Chinatown, and then bought the companies with cash, and then started making cool watches with crazy colors and big faces on the dial that people actually buy.

 

Next time a SU-27 has your F22 locked up just throw the watch out of the window and the Su will home in on that instead.

 

If only I had found this watch at the beginning of my journey. I probably wouldn't have ever even discovered/needed this site. If a butterfly flaps its wings over Invicta's headquarters...

 

Now we can point to when someone asks, "what watch do you ware at a circus'.
