GWN-1000NV-2ADR Temperature Sensor Off?

I just got this beast last week on a sale. 1st thing the strap was crooked & still today trying to iron it out with hot water but not working.
2nd thing I noticed is the temp reading is all over the place! I have a trusty GA1000 & the reading between them is off sometimes by 1.5 to 2c degrees.
Is it just me or does my gwn needs adjustment?
P. S. Both watches were sitting next to each other & wasn't wearing them.
