So the bracelet in particular is on the H68551153.

Hamilton will not give out this information but says "take it to a jewler" There are no arrows to indicate the direction of removal.

So I would like to know either;

A: push from 9 o'clock side and pull pin out on 3 o'clock side

B: push from 3 o'clock side and pull pin out on 9 o'clock side

I know the pin has a collar in the center of the link.

Thanks for your help.

If it has a collar in the center, it doesn't matter which direction.

This is kinda funny as I went through same thing with a Hamilton I bought me wife for a Christmas gift. Ended up just rolling the dice and picked a side...didn’t come out so I did the other. Odd they wouldn’t have put the usual arrows.
So which side was the correct one?
