This question is asked on Google and The Hamilton forum;
Are there any plastic parts in the H-10 movement?
And, how to adjust the H-10?
Here is a H-10 all torn apart. Look closely, NO plastic parts.
And, to adjust the movement notice the two little screws on the balance wheel.

I think the date wheel might be plastic but that's it.

Yes you can regulate the balance with the screws on the wheel, but it's very risky if you don't use special proprietary tools to protect the balance staff. You also risk causing problems if the weight balance on the wheel is offset. I't not like the etachron mechanism on the old movements that any amateur can easily tweak.

The plastic parts would be the escape wheel and the pallet fork. There are versions of the C07 that use regular parts and yours is a rebrand of the C07 with those parts.

The latest addition to the higher ended C07 movement is four adjusters at ninety degrees to allow full poising just like the big boys (Rolex, Omega, probably many others). It looks like my Breitling B20 has it as well as it's brothers.

You sure about that? That taken apart movement seems to have a metal pallet fork with jewels?
