I've got my eye set on this seemingly beautiful Seamaster from a private seller, but am about the degree to which it has been restored/ is un-original:





Seller claims all genuine 565 movt. bracelet and case.

They quote case back number " referenceNo.HF 166 010SP 166 024 CB "

And claims fully serviced and minor restoration has been undertaken.

Assistance in identification and tips are greatly appreciated, thank you for your attention.

Can you ask the seller for the correct number on the inside back case
That is model or case number
Then I can check
It surely can not be BOTH those numbers and neither appears to be that watch.
