Would anyone please be able to help me identify the caliber of an Omega watch?

The watch is a bumper automatic, and I believe it is model 2438-4. From the serial number 10866226, it appears it was made in 1944. For the life of me I cant see any extra numbers identifying a caliber? Would greatly appreciate any advice

Thanks

I get about 1944 as well and I think it should be one of those calibers listed on Ranfft (later cal 351?)

I would put the production at about 1946 (since it is near the end of the 10M serials), and the caliber is 28.10RA as @DON mentioned. The reference is 2438, 4th production run.
