Help Identifying Thin Swiss Platinum Pocket Watch

Picked up this watch the other day and cant find a maker. The "peel off" dial is marked Steiger. The movement has a serial under the the dial. There is also a number 33 on the movement. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
