I have been looking to purchase a vintage watch for some time now, and have stumbled upon this watch at an antique shop:

Below are some pictures of the inside of the back case that I have enhanced so the numbers can be better read:

I believe the number at the top to be 1315418

The guy in the shop told me that it's 9ct gold, the movement no. is 22345470 and the model no. is 601.

The back is engraved, with the date 1969 included.

I am looking to find out exactly what the watch is, and how much it may be worth! Please help!

The closest I have come to finding what exactly it is is from the Omega website (OMEGA Watches: Vintage Watches Database) where I have seen this:

(Interestingly this is 18ct gold)
