You can buy bracelets loads of places. There is a Strap forum here that covers bracelets too. Go to Ebay and look under watches and bracelets to get an idea. For the 013 you are looking for a 20mm width bracelet.
BTW - the pics of Kelly Rayburn's watch were, if I recall correctly, an experiment from 1-2 years ago where he moded the watch with different Seiko hands. I don't believe thats a "stock" Seiko in the pics (and his are always SO nice).

Wow that president's watch bracelet looks nice... I did a google search for it and all I found is a 22mm Seiko President watch bracelet... where can I find a 20mm Seiko President bracelet?
Watchamacallit posted several pictures that are Kelly's pics. They are of a modified Spirit watch, not a stock watch. Kelly eventually sold that watch as I recall.
I traded my 013 for 003 . Need I say more?
013 is small and too tall boxy for its diameter. sad but true. that caliber is quite tall and not really aproppriate for a small dressy watch. That is why the newer 6R15 models have domed crystals to hide some of that height. the downside is of course the mineral crystal must be used (domed sapphire would probably double the price).
013 does have a Seiko OEM bracelet. It is the one from the 015 model that uses the same case. I actually bought it from Seiya on the bracelet. It was about 60USD extra at the time.
I would not get it again though. I would get the SARB031 or its black dial variant instead.

No. The 013 is a VERY wearable watch. Wore mine all day yesterday to my children's school events for Christmas. Its sharp, wearable, readable, and its dimensions are great. I have a preference for <40mm watches and its a VERY nice 37mm in diameter and 11mm thick. Sits right where is is placed on the wrist, keeps excellent time, and when the light hits the hands that blue lights up - that's why one of its nicknames is the Blue Spark.
Personally, I think it looks a great deal better on leather than on steel. I've had it on black (from a 6r20) with curved end-pieces and a Seiko deployant and like it, on an Ox blood strap from Germany that I like for day-to-day wear, and on the original black. Take a look at Seiya's customers comments on the 013 - http://kseiya.zoovy.com/product/S-SCVS013/SEIKO_Spirit_Automatic_Watch_6R15_SCVS013.html#reviews
I don't think you can go wrong with either watch. From a dress watch standpoint, I do not like domed crystals at all. Just my opinion but they are more likely to get scratches in my experience and make reading the dial harder under most circumstances other than direct light on the crystal. As for Yeoman's comments - he's entitled to his opinion but sometimes less casework is intended as a design statement (simplicity????) and not a sign of lower quality. In this case, the Fit and Finish on the 013 is well above most of the "All Swiss" watches in the <$500 range I have handled. As for the hands - apples and oranges. The 013 has specialty hands while the 031 has some pretty standard Seiko hands. As for which line the watch is in impacting price - PLEASE. The 6r15 is the same in both, the sizes are the same, the only significant differences are in the crystal and I've already given my personal opinion on that.

I can't speak on behalf of yeoman for the opinions he gave and I wish he elaborated on what he meant by casework but I have a general sense of what he meant.
One of the pictures he has of the 013 shows the chipped paint on the blued hands. That's probably what he meant by a lower quality of finishing on the hands compared with the Mechanical line.
On the topic of Seiko's Mechanical line vs Spirit line; I have yet to see an example of a Spirit that costs more than a Mechanical. If the only difference is the crystal does that explain the hundred plus dollars difference in price? How about comparing a Spirit SCVS001 priced at $349.00 on Seiya's site with the Mechanical line priced at $540.00. I suspect that there's more to the price difference it than just the crystal. That said I actually like the 013 a lot and I understand that many people are satisfied with it's fit and finish.
On the topic of Seiko movements and product lines.. I disagree that Seiko's use 6R15 in both Spirit and Mechanical means that these are equivalent watches. Obviously the price point is one indication that it's not the case. By way of comparison, Seiko also uses the 8F32 in a variety of entry level watches as well as it's Brightz line. If suspect that if you truelly want an exclusive Seiko movement you're going be looking at Grand Seiko's or Credors.
I have the 013, and am completely pleased with it. Unfortunately, it does not recieve much wrist time. It does however receive more compliments than my other watches.
I have mine on a blue Ostrich strap with Seiko deployant. It looks great on black dress leather as well, but the stock band was a little too thick and plain for the watch in my opinion.
My vote is for the 013, but I have limited experience with the other.
