What got my attention was the 14755 on the caseback instead the usual 164 and 165, also the patent pending and the cal 550 movement im hoping this was done transitional piece since no one would put that on a copy. Movement looks real dial looks ok other then what I’m hoping I didn’t miss in the pics but now I see them in person
Sorry thanks guys been dealing with the return process, I paid $13k but I got it back the stubbies on the dial were the most easy way to tell. I was told it was was polished and from some father who was in the Royal Navy. Only reason I hoped it was real was because the movement. I was told that they wer issued then returned and rebuilt. I had hoped since it wasn’t marked 165.024 that it was real since no one would use the wrong markings. Did they ever have stubbies on any real dials? My only option was to get an extract of an echoes from omega but it would take over 2 weeks and more then I wanted to spend since the stubbies on the dial kinda gave it away. Thanks for all you guys help
