first of all this has nothig to do with the watch brand below
but with the logo on the 12 o'clock.

Does anyone know the exact meaning of the logo??

Beobachtungs Uhren specifications demanded the 12 position look like this for easy Reading. This is the type 1 spec, I think. I think the arrow might have appeared in other specs.
