Hi all,

I posted this in TZ IWC forum but thought I would post it here as well, in hope of reaching out to more folks.

Recently, I sent my iwc mark xii for servicing, and the watchmaker discovered that one of the movement part -IWC Caliber C - 884/2 : Intermediate Setting Wheel, was damaged.

He was not able to source the part from IWC in switzerland as they said this particular part was no longer available.

I was wondering if anyone knows where else could I possibly obtain this part, as I imagined it should not be too difficult, as the watch was still in production just over 10 years ago.

Any help or directions will be much appreciated!

The only thing I can recommend is sending it to an official IWC service centre. They will most probably send it to Switzerland. If they don't have the part, they will make it for you. The Pilot XII used the Jaeger Le-Coultre Caliber 889/2. Maybe this helps?
