I have recently been introduced to the highs and lows of buying second Hand Omega’s!
Photos below. I bought this believing it was genuine but now have the fear. It is a gift for a friend that recently lost a sea master. I would love some advice to the authenticity of the watch before I hand it over. Can anyone give me some guidance? Seems to be banks of experience here

What makes you think there is an issue?
The quartz set up inside not as clean or as visible quality as others I have seen online. Your thoughts?

I've not seen any counterfeit Omega quartz movements. Most are replaced by the equivalent unadorned movement
