Hello Everyone

I am new to this forum and I was happy to find a place dedicated to watch collectors.

We found an old watch in my parents ewellery locker which is at least 30 years old. It is a Favre Leuba.
I didn't recognize this watch maker but after some search it seems that is a respectable swiss watch maker.

However I could not locate any information on the model of the watch.

So I will give its description and put the photos. I hope that you can help on dating, the model information and appropriate price.

The watch has a golden bracelet and a golden dial.
It reads: "Favre Leuba Geneve, Harpoon. Quartz"
The back of watch has the following numbers:
4150-51
766

I appreciate your help.

Made in the 1980s, by the looks of it. Model? All the info is right there - belongs to the Harpoon collection, and the numbers on the back are a reference number, and since the FL reference numbers have no resource to be matched with, that by extension makes the reference largely irrelevant. Not gold, just gold-plated base metal.

Nobody takes the time to read the rules... We don't provide valuations here.

Thank you mkws. Pardon my ignorance, so 4150-51 is the reference number, and 766 is the model number?
Yes I know it wasn't gold. Probably gold-plated stainless steel.
