Hello!
I’ve just placed an order yesterday, received a confirmation email with an order number but if I access the site section “my orders” it says there’s no orders! What’s going on? Anyone here knows what to do since they have no email or phone?! I’m unable to open a support ticket because all is linked to the orders placed that site says there are no orders! Thank you!

That site is the worst ever. Forget about making a ticket or getting in contact with ANYBODY

They will deliver your order. Its not fraud or anything just absolutely impossible to contact

B2B sellers like Cousins rely on large orders from other companies. Their dispute system involves threatening with your legal department. They don't give a toss about a lone buyer, what are you gonna do about it?

*that said I've ordered twice and no issues. But if something's wrong you're SOL. And people say eBay is bad for afterservice.

I'm having the same issue, I'm hoping it's just processing. I'm not that worried about it, if it doesn't update I'll just chargeback through my card.

Also, FYI for everyone telling to go down the support route, you can't talk to a person when it doesn't register that you have any orders.

How much time will you wait? I placed the order yesterday and it’s to be shipped to the USA.

Yeah, it's laughable that they don't even have a direct contact email for customers. They're deliberately obfuscating the support process.

I honestly only ordered from them because somehow the same products from Esslinger costed more with their insane shipping up-charge, despite me being located in the US. Though it seems like Esslinger is pretty much in the same boat as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. They get away with it because there's really not any other retailers in this space besides them and CousinsUK (both of which mainly seem to supply trades people), so it's a bit of "rock and a hard place" situation for the retail repairer/hobbyist.

Business to business ????? I am Joe P and I have been buying from them with no issues for 5 years.

Yes they are not easy to contact but when you use Help & Support messaging it does work....long winded mind.

Sadly they are not helpful with information on products, they use the term 'the only information we have is what is in the product description'.

They should take a leaf out of Gleave & Co Watch Parts UK book. They don't have the stock mass of Cousins but Graham is most helpful.

In my 5 years ordering from them I have had 3 issues,

1. Damaged crystal out of the packet - replaced FOC with next order
2. Incorrect gaskets shipped - replaced with next order.
3. Barrel complete did not include the main spring (I asked through H&S before ordering if it did and Luke said yes) - Had to then buy spring separately and wait until I had sufficient other items to warrant postage.

A MAJOR issue is that if something is wrong or incorrect you have to wait until your next order to get it.

Yeah, that by itself is pretty ****ty. They should provide replacement parts immediately, especially given the nature of watchmaking. Not doing so puts entire projects and jobs on hold until you shell out more money, solely because re-shipping (which I imagine in your case is pretty cheap considering you're located in the UK, and shipping to the US only cost me ~$10 dollars an order) eats into their profit margins on a sale.

It's just bad business practices all around. I'd like to note, that I've ordered from them a handful of times without any problem whatsoever (besides my orders deciding not to show up). However, I'm not blind to how horrible of company they are when it comes to all around customer satisfaction, both on the retail consumer and business consumer fronts. The only reason I continue to order from them is due to them having one of the largest inventories of parts, often at the cheapest prices around. I also know that I'm offered some protection by my bank, as if they do ever try to screw me over like they do to so many others, I'll surely be able to charge back the transaction, in no small part due to the horrible reputation surrounding the company's lack of refunds which would be discovered with a simple google search.

Just to let you know that until now I got the same message “you have no orders” on the website ! Very upset and praying that my order reaches me.
