Valuations are not allowed, however what you have is a Hamilton 992B. If you search for that on the bay you will undoubtedly find many samples to gauge price. Unfortunately, the dial has a LOT of visible damage and repair which will cut into your bottom line fairly significantly.

It IS a nice railroad pocket watch and you will probably be pleased at its' value.

The following info is from pocketwatchdatabase.com

Grade: 992B
  • Movement Serial Number: C165866
  • Estimated Production Year: 1946
  • Run Quantity: 37500
  • Size: 16s
  • Jewels: 21j
  • Movement Configuration: Openface
  • Movement Finish: Nickel
  • Model: 5
  • Movement Setting: Lever
  • Plate: 3/4 Plate
  • Adjusted: Yes
  • Adjusted to Positions: 6
  • Adjusted to Temperature: Yes
  • Railroad Grade: Yes
