Make sure you are ordering the correct size strap !!
The easiest way to measure your watch band is to simply check the inside of your old band. Most straps have the sizes imprinted on the inside of the band. Secondly, you can measure the band itself, remove watch strap and measure the width of the top of the watch band, this is the side of the band that attaches to the case. Lastly, you can measure the distance between the watch case itself (lug to lug). Most watch bands are measured in millimeter sizes. Use a ruler or a metric (mm) units to measures the band or the distance between the case or lugs of the watch. Measure the width between the extended parts of the case in mm, this is the size that needs to be ordered.
** Please ensure you have purchased the correct size **
If you have to return a strap and exchange for the correct size the strap needs to be returned in the condition it was sent out and the cost of this covered by the Buyer. Postage of the corrected strap will need to be charged and paid for before the strap is sent out.
Warranty: Hirsch is the only manufacturer of watch straps to grant an extended warranty of One Year for the Leather Straps. Hirsch will replace any strap that shows faulty workmanship within the first year of purchase.
