I just got this watch from a friend. It is engraved, no markings on the mechanism. It only has this HOLY F S on it. I cannot say who made the movement. I think I found who engraved it. I quote

Information from obtained from Forrer:

Holy Freres (i.e. "Holy Brothers") was a firm which was established in 1893 at St. Imier in Switzerland. The brothers, Franz Holy & Jules Holy directed it. They were watch-case manufacturers & diesinkers.

They eventually branched out into medal making. Forrer lists a number of medals and it appears the firm was most active in medal making from 1903-1911 (some medals are undated and might have been produced later).

The dial has only one minor chip. It works and keeps time accurately. Only a 2 min/day off or less.

It has a name on the dust lid Xilgut Kilman or something and underneath it Budapest

Can somebody help me put a price on it?
