I have just purchased for the first time new straps for my PO en Speedy Pro. However I have never swopped the bracelet or rubber strap on either. Can anyone please tell met what tool must I buy to remove the spring bar, where can I buy it? Are there any tricks that I should know off before I attempt this for the first time?

If you don't have that tool or don't want to buy it, you can always use a fine screwdriver to push the spring bar back on each side and apply pressure downwards on the strap. Otherwise, that Bergeon tool is brilliant and makes life easy.

Its a snap with the recommended Bergeon spring bar tool. After a few bracelet/strap changes you'll be able to do it easily. I would also recommend that you pick up some nice quality, heavy duty spring bars to use as replacements in the event you lose the originals or one needs to be replaced.
