I like to imagine there are just a handful of workers putting watches together like they use to a few hundred years ago instead of many machines. I really know nothing about horology...is the process at Stowa any different than a huge watch company? Thanks!

Pictures can tell a story. Here are pics from the opening celebration of the new Stowa building on 07.07.2012 which will give you an idea of the premises and workplaces. The work which is done does not differ from the manufacture processes of other watch companies. It is like building cars, the processes are comparable, the difference might be in the love which is given to detail and the product as such.
