I know generally one should leave this to a watch repairer, but for people with a lot of watches this can't be practical.
So can anyone advise me of the two levers which is the regulator lever, and what does one point on the scale corespond to on the index on a seamaster movement? Thanks

I think that's what you call a Swan neck reg Desmo.

Never actually seen one in the flesh. I'll ask on other forum.

Hi Desmo,

From what I know, with an Eta movement the full range of adjustment, is something like 2minutes, and I believe more like 8minutes for say a Seiko 7s26.

The regulatar probably has a fine adjusting screw to the side of the regulator.
