how do people determine whether online sites are reliable?
i found a watch that i like and i would like to purchase it online, but im afraid of its dubious sources.

That website looks like a car wreck to me. In the "about us" section there are multiple grammatical errors, which is usually a pointer.

I would stay away personally...

Site registered in the past month, no contact information provided, no company background, plenty of typo's.

The pictures on ofoem.com all have the Jomashop logo across their Rolex selection. The Omega's on watchtimeclub.net start at $5. They claim to sell every model of every brand from ALS to Patek to FP Journe.

These sites are all screaming scam.

Read reviews online. And just when you're getting ready to hit the "pay now" option, read a couple more reviews of the site.
Same goes for the watch you or anyone else is planning on buying.

But the sites mentioned above Is a good start.
