Armitron Griffy...that way your watch friends will know that occasionally you give zero Fc'ks... The general population doesn't care what's on your wrist or in your safe at home.
I would add some color. A green Rolex OP or DJ maybe?

I would go with a chronograph, I am quite partial to the Zenith Chronomaster original. Many have mentioned Glashutte Original, I guess that could be a away to make the collection pop in your own way!

Not sure what's your day to day wear is but if like me it's on the dressy side (suits) a JLC ultraphin moonohase could really stand out (love the blue one)

How about the stunning new 40mm Moser Pioneer Centre Seconds?

Plus a chrono or a GMT…

A Speedmaster would stay in the Omega theme, and cover off the Air part of Land, Air, and Sea. Though, really, it's a pretty complete grouping as-is.
You have a lot of great suggestions but I think the thing to guide your choice is, why do think your collection’s lacking? If it’s just because you’re going number I’d say don’t bother. If you can get more specific about why, even if you don’t quite know what, it would narrow your choices considerably.
I just want something different. I love what I’ve heard from everyone so far:

an integrated bracelet watch
A watch with baton indices
A GMT
a chrono
A Germán watch
A spring drive mechanism
A beater
Let go of one of the divers and get a JLC

Initially my hope was to have all different bracelet materials and dial colors in my collection, but that’s too restrictive. So is case material (titanium, gold, ceramic, steel, etc)

I think the best thing I can do is use these suggestions as a new lense and let the older me find appreciation for another watch brand with those criteria in mind.

I think your collection is awesome thus far. Doesn't "need" anything necessarily, but a Datejust (has to be fluted/jubilee) is such a classic it's always a good choice. And it comes in so many color choices you can add a dial you don't have with any other model. That's what I did with the Slate dial...

I was thinking a President day date, for the baton hands and the champagne dial. Obviously I’m a bit far off from attaining one new, but your answer did solidify that for me.

loved the above suggestions of a zenith el primero and a non Swiss brand

Possibly a Rolex Datejust, Breitling Aerospace, or Grand Seiko Snowflake. Or a G-Shock.

Different and fun. Covers a spectrum of prices as well.

Edit: Saw the mention of Day-Date, and German options are nice too.

A few thoughts come to mind:

Definitely can see myself with a chrono master sport, love the movement. I’d love a blancpain but I’d only ever buy the no rad limited edition or the barracuda

If I was to finish it, I would get a watch made with your avatar on the dial and/or on the caseback. The rifling, suit and combo black widow tie is really cool. Great design.

A Zenith chronograph or the JLC Sector Dial chronograph from 2017 would be a great fit. I would also suggest a Grand Seiko GMT such as the SBGM221. Both are unique pieces that would round out your collection.

There are many options to choose from, I'd add a Rolex 116610, Zenith El Primero and a Grand Seiko.

Which watch do you wear the most, and why?

Which watch do wear the least and why?

Use this info to inform your decision. Only purchase if you think you'll wear it more than your most worn watch, after the honeymoon period of said purchase.

Personality I think 3-4 watches is the perfect sized collection. I have more but only wear this many.
